Feeling stuck?

First things first is to get energy moving in your body.

When I was physically injured I stopped moving. Every single thing in my life was harder. 

Once I started moving, things in my life started moving.

I was resistant to moving. I wanted to sit still and be heavy. Everything hurt when I moved

But I needed to get moving. Get the energy moving. So I didn’t have to do anything crazy (even though I did) it was as simple as breath work, wiggling on my mat, flowing to music. Just moving. Whenever I can. 

Whenever I feel stuck now, I move first and see what opens up. 

Sometimes we need help with movement. 

Yesterday I saw my masseuse and she helped me move things in my body. I need full body work and to get things flowing in my body. 

So when I feel stuck in my life, or an area of my life, I now first move. Because it’s not the thing in my life that is stuck, usually, it is something in my body that is stuck and needs to move.
