A mini drop in - what is shifting
This is a little meditation and drop into yourself to feel what is shifting for you and if there is any action to take.
So, as you’re reading this, notice where your attention is when you start reading.
Now, soften your eyes and your vision, relax a little. Notice where you are holding tension and notice where you feel spacious in your body.
What do each of these feel like? Use descriptive words - no judgements or evaluating, analyzing or assessing.
Now, feel your breathing get deeper, into your belly.
In
And
Out.
Over and over again.
Feel your ribcage expanding and contracting.
What is here for you?
Is there anything you want, need, or feel?
Feel if anything pops up or comes up.
What is it?
If it’s nothing, that’s fine.
Maybe it’s something to feel in the moment.
Maybe it’s something to feel later.
Maybe it’s something to do or ask for, maybe now or later.
Keep breathing & relaxing.

And
Out
Take as many more breaths as you want and start to look around and notice colours in your environment, how the surface your sitting on feels, be with what you brought forward with you from this mini drop in.
